Barry Miller specializes in the preparation of comprehensive plans for cities, towns, and counties. His portfolio includes large and small communities across the United States. In California, Barry has completed more than a dozen general plans, many of which have received awards for their user-friendly formats, innovative policies, effective community engagement, and creative problem-solving.

Barry provides comprehensive planning services through a variety of roles, including as prime consultant with subcontractors, as a subconsultant to other firms, and as contract staff to public agencies.
